What Time is Check-in and Check Out?

The check-in and check-out time is the same for all our vacation properties. Guests can check in at 4:00 PM. Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. 

Can I Get an Early Check-in or late Check-out?

We are always happy to offer you an early check-in or late check-out whenever possible. However, during the busy season from May to October, this may not be an available option as we have a lot of same-day reservations. This means we will need the time in between check-in and check-out to ensure your home is clean and ready for your arrivalOur early check-in time is 2 PM, our late check-out time is Noon, and we do charge an additional fee for each service. 

Are Linens Provided?

Yes. We provide bed linens, 1 set of bath towels (1 towel & 1 wash cloth) per person, and kitchen towels. 

*We do NOT supply beach towels 

When Will I Receive My Check-in Instructions?

You will receive your check-in instructions via email 7 days before your arrival. The instructions will include information specific to the vacation rental you will be staying in. If you book your reservation through Airbnb, you will receive your check-in instructions in your booking platform. 

How Do I Check-in to the Home?

We have contactless check-in and check-out at all our properties. Seven days before your arrival you will receive the check-in instructions specific to your vacation rental. 

Is Wi-Fi Available?

All of our properties are privately owned so it is the owners’ decision if the home will have wi-fi. Wi-fi signal strength varies by location. Wi-fi will be listed as an amenity in the property description if it is available. 

What Amenities are Offered?

All of our properties are privately owned so amenities will vary. Amenities will also vary between waterfront and non-waterfront properties. Please refer to the property description for amenity offerings specific to the property you are interested in. 

Are Pets Allowed?

Some of our properties do allow pet dogs. Currently, we don’t have any vacation rentals that allow any other pets. If the property description says pets are not allowed, we are unable to make exceptions for yours as some owners have pet allergies and because they also use their vacation home, we need to adhere to their no pet policy. We also require a non-refundable pet fee for all pet stays. 

Are Weddings or Other Events Allowed?

Our vacation properties are in quiet communities; therefore, we cannot accommodate weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings. 

What is Your Refund Policy?

A full refund of the reservation amount will be provided if canceled 30 days or more before arrival. A refund of 50% of the reservation amount will be issued if the trip is canceled less than 30 days but 14 or more days before arrival. If canceled within less than 14 days of arrival, no refund will be provided. Also, we cannot issue refunds due to canceled or shortened stays because of inclement weather, environmental damage, evacuation, acts of terrorism, acts of God, family illness, family death, accidents, etc. We recommend investing in vacation insurance if you have concerns about trip cancellations. 

A $100 Fee is applied to all cancellations.
