The muirfeld flat was great for my family’s short stay…it is a short drive (or walk) to downtown Bailey’s harbor and central to everything door county has to offer…the flat was as described and had everything we needed!

Our stay was simply excellent. The host team was very easy to work with. Communication was great. It was easy to navigate. I liked that they had a couple of maps of the hiking trails from the BNB. When we had a very small problem, they immediately fixed it. It was exactly as described. I am thankful that it was such an easy place to stay.

Quiet neighborhood hust outside of down town Baileys Harbor. It was everything my girlfriend and I needed for the weekend. It's a perfect spot for a couples trip.

This flat is very quiet, the main house may have been occupied but we could rarely tell. The king bed was comfortable. The skylights in the kitchen are surprisingly bright and help make the flat brighter throughout the day as the main window faces east. The tree frogs that hung around the flowerbeds were entertaining to spot every time we entered and exited.
This is a second story flat partially above a garage. It seemed like a story and a half of steps to enter. We never heard any car or garage door noise.

We stayed here with our two boys, 4 and 10, and it was perfect for a little place to sit and relax in between all the activities around the area. The bed was comfortable and the space fit us perfectly. It was tucked away just a short drive from the shore. We even seen deer around the rental. It was peaceful and perfect! The host was super responsive. We were sent clear instructions, but the access code was missing and they responded within minutes. They thought if everything and we would stay again.

This is a conveniently located, cozy little spot in Bailey's Harbor that we have relied on several times. Very nice updated indoor space. A/C for when it's hot & muggy, and heat if needed. Good spot for biking or walking on the trails.

We booked this as a last minute “baby moon” and it was perfect. Incredibly peaceful and very private neighborhood. 5-15 minutes away from all of the best places in Door County. We would book this space again when we are able to bike/walk more. It’s maybe 3 minutes from a ton of trails. It was very easy to select a check in window, had very clear instructions and recommendations for the entire stay right when we booked. We didn’t feel the need to reach out to the host with any questions due to the initial instructions and recommendations. Thank you again.

After a busy day at the beach or visiting Washington Island, this was a quiet and comfortable place to unwind and relax. The location was convenient for us to travel throughout Door County. The owners supplied games and activity books that would have kept us occupied if the weather was less than ideal. We would definitely stay here next time we visit the area.

This place worked perfectly for our family of 4 and provided plenty of space for us. We enjoyed the proximity to Bailey’s Harbor. The space is over the garage of the host family but we didn’t really see them and felt like we had plenty of privacy. We’d stay here again.

This studio was an affordable option for my family and appeared as advertised. The hosts were very pleasant and offered recommendations when asked. The bed was a bit soft for my taste, but others may prefer the memory foam type experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and cute spot to lay our heads between adventures.

Overall, we had a great visit in and around Baileys Harbor, and found the studio apartment to meet our needs. The unit was cute, clean and comfy. There was a nice summer vibe to the place, with images of Door County and helpful maps and suggestions for things to do. That said, we would like the owners/managers to consider our suggestions, which will likely enhance their guests’ stays. We have found that our own vrbo guests (we have 2 properties) have mentioned that they appreciate the following: an iron and board; small free-standing make-up mirror (can store under vanity), bar soap (hotel-style), pillow-protectors (it’s hard to wash pillows). It was nice that some coffee was provided, but a sugar shaker or some sugar packets would have been greatly appreciated. Again, we enjoyed our stay but wish we had a few of the little things that can make a big difference during a vacation.

Superb little "flat" above a garage in a very quiet neighborhood. Just off the Maxwelton Braes golf course, this is close to it all. 1.8 miles to midtown Baileys Harbor. King bed, pullout couch/bed, Mini fridge, micro & coffee maker were all we needed. Outside there were 2 lovely rocking chairs where we played cards and saw Pileated woodpeckers each day! Highly recommend!

Great value find -- good location for everything Door County has to offer. We never needed to drive more than 25 minutes in either direction to get to everything we wanted to see. Just be aware that this unit is an *upstairs* unit at the top of a flight of about 15-20 steps. There is an option for a gate at the top of the stairs, which was nice.
Communication with the hosts was also superb. When we had a moment where we couldn't figure out how to lock the door properly, Scott answered on the second ring and was able to talk us through it. He was also very quick to respond via the messaging on the AirBnB app.

This was our second time staying at Muirfield Flat. It was just as great as the first. The atmosphere and setting is very peaceful and tranquil! You are about a mile from the main town area of Bailey's Harbor but away from tourists. We highly recommend hiking Ridges Sanctuary nearby too!

Overall we LOVED this location and little studio! It was perfect for the two of us. We needed somewhere to lay our head down after our long day adventures and this was extremely perfect! Has a mini fridge for our leftovers and a microwave to warm those leftovers up! The bed was extremely comfortable too! They even had a binder to help us pick out what adventures we wanted to take that day!

Awesome place to stay when visiting Door County! So close to quaint Bailey’s Harbor that we rode our bikes everywhere. The apartment is immaculate and so spacious. The Muirfield Flat was ideal for our Door County vacation. It was in a very quiet location away from all the other tourists. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It wasn’t apparent how to control the air conditioner. At times it was too cold, but we never did figure out how to adjust it. This place is great if you want a little private getaway, right along the lake and tucked away in the forest. Great location, a short drive away from the surrounding towns. One of the cutest and cleanest B&Bs I have stayed in! I loved the decor, and Scott and Wendy provided us with everything we needed. Besides the WiFi being a little spotty, we honestly had 0 problems. Definitely recommend this place.

This rental is so nice! And sooo clean! We were here for 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. The bed is so comfortable! I wish there was more outdoor space but we brought our own zero gravity chairs and put them on the side of the house facing the woods which was ok. But the back yard looks to be only for the people who own the house. But we will definitely come back. We absolutely LOVE Door County!

We enjoyed staying at this cute flat. The owner was quick in responses and helpful. The whole space was very clean and larger than expected. We enjoyed the peace and quiet there as well.

Everything about our stay was great! Hosts were very communicative and provided a clean space. We enjoyed the games they provided and thought the location was perfect as it was only 5 minutes into Bailey’s Harbor. The hosts left local tips and recommendations which we utilized. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a visit to Door County

We loved the unit. It was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Brand new and smartly furnished. It’s in a very quiet location but only minutes away from town.
We would definitely select this unit again for another stay.

This place is listed as expected and no surprises. Right down the road on HWY 57 from Bailey's Harbor and close to many other smaller towns. Space is very clean

Awesome place to stay. Everything was brand new and super clean. It was tucked back enough to be a quite place to relax after a long day of adventures. But close enough to down that you could bike a few minutes for a morning cup of coffee. Would stay here again.

The Muirfield flat was wonderful for my stay in Door County. The flat was very clean and the location was ideal. Scott provided a great deal of information on things to do around the area and other helpful information for our stay in Door County. I would highly recommend this AirBnb!
