Fully updated and comfortably decorated, you'll find an emphasis on the modern in mid-century modern. The panoramic water views display the highlight of this location. Set on a bay nearby a local favorite beach hotspot (Baileys Harbor Ridges County Park), this property is a dream.
Nearly 2,800 sq feet on one level, you'll enjoy waterfront views from nearly every room. The living area is designed for comfort, which includes a wood-burning fireplace, a Smart TV, and panoramic views. The screened in patio is great for gathering, meals, and morning coffee. Nature lovers will appreciate the private lake shore and evenings under the stars by the fire pit. This home is even more impressive in person. We can't wait to host you!

- Beach conditions at the property change with water levels from sand to a mucky sand throughout summer.

- Public boat launch is available in downtown Baileys Harbor
This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.
