Clean and spacious. Not “luxurious” but simple and tasteful. Lacked serviing bowls and a few utensils but otherwise well equipped. Good location. Overall a very nice place.

We stayed here with our family of five, including three young kids ages 1-6. My in-laws joined us for 3 of our 7 days, and brought their two dogs. It was perfect. We especially liked the outdoor space and front deck. There was so much privacy and the location is ideal for anyone looking to journey around the peninsula. Highly Recommend!!!

The house was nice, clean, spacious and in a central location. It’s a little outdated, but comes fully stocked. While it’s in a central location, you have to drive everywhere - about 4-5 min to fish creek. We thought the price was a little high considering only one family can stay with the guest limit of 6.

We had a perfect girls family trip here. Had no complaints. Was very comfortable for the six of us. Beautiful home and yard. Loved sitting on porch in the morning coffee clutching with the family and making memories. Nice location. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Pricey but comparable to other places for high season in Door County.

This rental was as described and more. There are more amenities and conveniences than were listed in the description. They really thought of everything. There were extras of everything as far as linens. I did not need to bring my own tissues and tp. There are benches in the back hallway entrance and in the bathroom that made things so convenient. It was a perfect location for my family and my reactive dog. The quiet, private setting meant that my dog only had an occasional squirrel to complain about. She even got used to the delightful bird clock, and Flossie the metal goat sculpture. Lol. It is a short drive to Fish Creek shops, restaurants, and the marina. My mom enjoyed the local literature/information and we played some of the games. I would definitely rent from Simple Life again.

We loved everything about this house and it suited our needs perfectly. We're have 3 generations of family staying and we love cooking at home. This was the perfect house to get to where we wanted to go and then come back to a comfortable and cozy house to make dinner and get the kids to bed. The house was super clean when we arrived and it had all the amenities listed that we expected. The grill was an awesome plus for our burger night. The 2 main bedrooms (queen and king beds) are great for adults and the bunk bed room which is super small was perfect for a 6 and 7 y/o who spend zero time in their room on a vacation anyway. The location is perfectly centered in the middle of everywhere and the longest car trip we had was up to the north part of the peninsula where you pick up the ferry to Washington Island. Otherwise, max 25 minutes to everywhere. We loved everything about our time at this house and will gladly consider it again if we come back to Door County. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The place was excellent get away. We enjoyed it, everything that we need was there. We decided not do any cooking, because we were on vacation and spend the time eating out. The dog enjoyed her stay and only slept on the bed with us for a few hours because of the thunderstorm that passed through. Meet the neighbor and he was enjoyable to speech with. The whole experience was excellent, will be planning on using this out fit again. Thank you
