Blue Skies and Cherry Pies
Welcome to Blue Skies and Cherry Pies, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! Enjoy a tranquil stay at this wooded retreat desirably located just a short drive from the heart of Fish Creek. The peaceful house comfortably sleeps 6 and has plenty of room for children to run in the yard or play lawn games. Take advantage of nature’s charm by relaxing on the spacious deck while birds and squirrels playfully flit around the yard. Show off your BBQ skills by grilling for the whole family in the beautiful weather or gather around the large kitchen island while preparing meals and sharing the adventures of the day. Explore all the opportunities of Door County including hiking or biking the State Park, shopping in town, boating, fishing, golf, catching a play at one of the local theaters, or admiring the local art in one of the many galleries.
We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too. Your well behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per night, which is collected separately and approximately one week prior to your check-in date.
*This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

Kitchen Amenities:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer w/ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, crock pot, and toaster.
Also available are pots and pans, baking sheets, other basic cooking supplies, dishes, utensils, glassware and wine glasses.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom #1: Main level, Full bathroom w/shower and tub- jacuzzi jets cannot be used. They are disconnected. Hair Dryer.
Bathroom #2: Main level, Full bathroom w/walk-in shower only and hair dryer
Surrounding Area:
Door County is full of many amazing things to see and do! We recommend you check out Destination Door County, the visitors' bureau, to help map out your vacation. "Door County Vacationers" is also a great FB group to join to get recommendations on everything from favorite restaurants to favorite tours, places to rent boats, and things to do.
Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Skies & Cherry Pies! The house was spotless, which is very important to me. It had plenty of room for our family, and it was also extremely comfortable. The location was very peaceful and quiet yet close to everything in Fish Creek and just a great location overall. We loved sitting on the porch in the quiet mornings. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We loved the cabin because it was so quiet with lots of space for our dog to roam. If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to retreat that is still close to many of Door County's best amenities, this is the place for you.
This is a great space in a great location, other than the confusion around bringing our dog, we had a great experience.
Had a wonderful time with my 2 daughters! We plan to make this an annual event. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and very prompt. Will come back soon!
