Welcome to Captain's Quarters, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! Come spend your next visit to Door County here! This spacious home is perfect for your next getaway. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dedicated work space. Enjoy meals on the large deck, and play yard games in very spacious backyard or relax by the firepit at night.
In the winter months, enjoy a fresh Door County snowfall, head out for some ice fishing or hit the trails with your snowmobile. Come see all that a Door County winter has to offer!
We love our family dogs and welcome yours too! Your well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $50 per dog/ per night, collected separately and approximately one week before your check-in date. They'll love exploring the nearby parks and trails with you!
If you are looking for a nearby location to stay with another family or more guests, please consider “Tuckaway Cottage,” a studio which can accommodate up to 2 guests and is on the same property.
****This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven and toaster
A traditional drip coffee pot and hot and cold water dispensers are provided.
Also included are dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots and pans

*****Please be aware that there is a small cottage on the property that may also have guests renting during your stay.
Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

Great space for four adults and two young kids. Kitchen very well stocked with dishes and equipment for eating in. Short walk to Sip, great coffee and food place.

Perfect for a family
by Vicki P.We had a great time at Captain's Quarters. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need. There are many different areas for everyone to enjoy as they like: a cozy living-room, a deck with table, chairs, and a grill, a fire pit, a large lawn area, a porch. We used them all! We liked that the kitchen was well furnished with all sorts of pots, pans, utensils and appliances. We cooked many family meals! The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from beach, shops, restaurants and Peninsula State Park. My only suggestion for this house would be to provide one starter jug of drinking water. The well water is safe to drink but does not taste good. We loved this house and hope to return next summer!

Spacious, Clean & Great location
by Theresa C.We had a wonderful time staying at Captain's Quarters. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is huge and well stocked making it easy to cook your own meals. The location was perfect. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer.
Please come back and stay with us again soon!
It was a great place to spend a girls weekend, amd we enjoyed that the kitchen had the utensils we needed to make a couple simple dishes.

Sisters & our daugthers gathered to celebrate a mile stone birthday.The Captain Quarters was perfect for our needs and a great central location for traveling around the area. The photos didn't do it justice. The space was larger than expected. Everything was clean, living room was cozy and the kitchen had everything needed. Simple LIfe Hospitatlity was very responsive to questions and especially when we had difficultly with entry access code. Would consider booking through them again in the future.
In the heart of the Door County action with easy access to Peninsula State Park, wineries, food and shopping! Plenty of space with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living and sleeping!

This house is the perfectplace to stay. It is just outside of Sister Bay which is a great place tovisit. It’s also ten minutes from Peninsula State Park which has some amazingviews. I will use this property again in the future if it is available. Clean, spaciousand the back yard is set up nice.
Nestled on a semi wooded lot, the location and condition of this home was simply perfect. Although it seemed a bit pricey for only two couples, it might have been a little more affordable when shared with four couples. The space was ample and the beds comfortable. A suggestion....... One of the amenities that would have been helpful were to have provided blow dryers for the full bathrooms.
