Outdoor enthusiast? Use one of our mountain bikes or Huffy cruiser to pedal to the Marina, Sunset Beach or Peninsula State Park. Spacious property with wheelchair accessibility and private elevator is perfect for multiple families and generations. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for added luxury and privacy. Three floors, three porches and ample indoor seating allow family members to spread out - read in the main level sunroom, watch the game in the family room on the lower level 65" Samsung TV, take a nap on the master bedroom purple mattress or master the grill on the back deck. Enjoy the starry filled sky of Northern Wisconsin at night and the majestic bluffs of the Niagara Escarpment during the day. For cooler days, cozy up to the two gas fireplaces. Make meals for the entire group in the luxurious restaurant- inspired gourmet kitchen.

Bedroom #4: Lower Level, 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin over double bunk bed with Beautyrest Perfect Sleeper medium firmness mattresses, Top bunk has guard rail or bumper available (stored under bunk bed), extra pillows and blankets
Game Room: Lower Level, next to bedroom #4, has a twin size pull out couch

The kitchen is fully equipped with luxury GE Monogram collection premium kitchen appliances including refrigerator, freezer, ice maker stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Food Ninja smoothie maker, coffee bean grinder, wine/beer fridge, and toaster.
Also available are pots and pans, baking sheets, tea kettle, Crock Pot, other basic cooking supplies, dishes, utensils, glassware and wine glasses.
Traditional 14 cup drip coffee pot with built in filter; Keurig also offered

Neighborhood Information:
The Bluffs at Cottage Row Court hosts a handful of townhouses set up against the beautiful bluffs of Fish Creek. Private feel, yet close to everything you came to Door County to experience. Light posts on the street provide ample light for walking at night.
Surrounding Area:
Door County is full of many amazing things to see and do! We recommend you check out Destination Door County, the visitors' bureau, to help map out your vacation. "Door County Vacationers" is also a great FB group to join to get recommendations on everything from favorite restaurants to favorite tours, places to rent boats, and things to do.
Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

The house was exactly as described. Quiet and relaxing but a 3-5 minute walk to all the best that Fish Creek has to offer. We were a family of 15 with five children aged 1-6. Everyone was so comfortable. We cooked most of our meals in and the kitchen was fantastic! We loved our stay!

14 of us stayed at the condo and not once did we feel on top of each other. There were plenty of sitting areas to spread out in, and had a large dining table for when we wanted to eat together. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and marina. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home and hope to be back!

My team and I LOVED the home SO MUCH that we didnt want to leave! Close to eveything Fish Creek has to offer, walkable, yet tucked away and private enough to feel like a retreat. Our favorite was the sunroom area with the fireplace!! Definitely will be booking again!

We had a lovely time in a lovely space. I would recommend this to all. There were problems with Airbnb but had no bearing on the owners and management. We are 20 year owners of our own condo here, but needed more space for extended family. Walkable to about anything you could think of.

Beautiful home and great weekend! It was very easy communicating with Simple Life and we had a wonderful time staying in this incredibly beautiful home which was enjoyed by my whole family!
My family has been vacationing in Fish Creek a few times a year, for about 10 years now. This place has been the best place we have stayed by far.
We went up for a friends birthday. 3 families with kids all stayed comfortably. I love that every room had a full bathroom attached. House was absolutely beautiful! Sunny private patio facing the bluffs for morning coffee, Great deck at night facing downtown Fish Creek. The gourmet kitchen had everything in it. We were able to cook some meals in the house and enjoy the comfortable surroundings. The decor of the house is a refreshing surprise for a Door County rental. No stuffy old cabin stuff here. All modern amenities and mid century modern appeal. Our group enjoyed the great selection of records to play and interesting books to grab. I have been coming to Door County my whole life and this was the first place that I have stayed at that I honestly have no complaints about. Easy walking access to all things Fish Creek. Our kids enjoyed the bicycles that were on premise to use as well. We will for sure be back!
