Absolutely stunning escape from the big city! The surroundings are pristine forest on snowy river, the cabin is a stairy dreamy treehouse adventure with a touch of luxury. Just what we needed. Able to go skijoring with our winter pup in several locations in Northern Wisconsin, while also explore the gorgeous environment right outside the doors. Thank you so much for an awesome adventure!
Hi Dana, thank you so much for your kind and wonderful feedback!! We are so happy you had a great time at this beautiful property. We hope we can host you again sometime!
The area was beautiful and the home was nicely situated by the river. There were no renters at the other property which made it much more private. The managers of the property were responsive and the instructions were very clear. The layout was interesting and if it were warmer we would've spent the majority of the time outside in the awesome hammock chairs; which we did for a short time even in the cold because we couldn't resist the views. Inside there wasn't much for comfortable seating where you could enjoy the views, but the space was limited to allow for such seating. There was a weird issue with dead flies which I saw from another review and I'm not sure why. We stayed at a property only a couple miles away two years ago and it wasn't an issue there so the location didn't seem to be the issue, but I guess it could be. Would be a fun area to have a group rent out all of the properties in the summer to enjoy the swimming hole and outdoor amenities.
Thank you, Carrisa for sharing all your feedback with us! We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the property overall. We hope to have an opportunity to host you again!
This was a great weekend getaway! The space was clean and tidy and we had no issues to speak of.We had booked this stay before any reviews had come in, then got nervous when the only one to be posted before our stay was so negative. I reached out to the hosts about that and was met with a quick and reassuring response. Like I mentioned, I’m pleased to say that we didn’t experience any of the issues written about in that negative review. The property is beautiful and we loved hearing the river running right outside. We also loved exploring the house - the layout is so funky! Finally, sleeping up in the tree line next to a wood burning fireplace just can’t be beat. Great experience all around. Thank you!
