We stayed here with our two toddlers and loved it! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the bay, wonderful restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and so much more to explore. Before our trip, I reached out to ask about a pack-and-play since we needed two but hoped to avoid bringing both. While there wasn’t one in the unit when we arrived, the Simple Life representative was incredibly responsive and quickly helped us get one, which we truly appreciated.
It happened to be very hot during our stay, so the lofted bedroom didn’t get quite as much AC as the rest of the space, but the provided fans kept it comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic spot for a family getaway, and we’d happily stay again!

This is my second time staying at this location. You can’t beat it. You can walk to the water. Absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. I will definitely be coming back again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is not large but absolutely perfect for us. We chose to sleep up in the loft and not use the bedroom. We were a very quick walk to the water and several restaurants. Location couldn’t have been better. We had no interaction with the property manager so that is why the one star but we didn’t need anything. The only comment I would make is that it would have been helpful to have a couple potholders in the kitchen. Other than that we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and the property is lovely. The view from our windows and from the porch was so pretty!

The unit was small but nicely furnished & comfortable. Furniture setup in living area was not conducive to watching television, but that was not our priority. Location was quiet & walking distance to excellent breakfast place & other restaurants. Short drive to many other notable destinations in the County.

We loved our accommodations at The Simple Life! The space was perfect for three of us. It was tastefully decorated with a beach theme and we felt right at home. We especially liked the backyard view and spent hours on the balcony talking and sipping our morning coffee. It was a great location as well and it was nice to be able to walk around and explore Ephraim. We would love to return in the future. I highly recommend staying at The Simple Life.

This spot in Ephraim was great. We love the area and everything we were looking for we received. The house was everything me and my family needed and the area was fantastic.
If you’re looking at this spot, don’t hesitate, the girls are already missing their “holiday home”.

Perfect location for getting to all the favorite places! We thought AC would reach the private bedroom, but it did not. We were very hot sleeping in there, but our family that slept in the loft was very comfortable. The place was very clean except the shower grout looked very dirty. The confirmation says to use the code above for entry, but it’s not listed above. You have to go to your email they send you right before checkin and it has the entry code. Above all, we thought it was a great place to stay!

We stayed here with my family while visiting Door County. We absolutely loved this place for a family with young kids. It was the perfect amount of space for us. The beds were comfy and it was decorated nicely. We really enjoyed the property and our time there. We will definitely return!
