Welcome to Hilltop Retreat in Beautiful Door County, WI!
The Hilltop Retreat is a two story condo/town home located in the picturesque town of Fish Creek in the heart of Door County, WI. This condo comfortably sleeps six with two upstairs bedrooms and a living room sleeper sofa. The first floor features a half bath, and the full upstairs bath offers a spacious shower and jetted tub. Want to eat in? Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Play a board game at the dining room table or relax in front of the large field-stone gas fireplace in the living room while enjoying your favorite movies on the 52-inch smart TV. Step out onto the private 2nd-floor balcony or 1st-floor deck to enjoy the morning sunshine and a cup of coffee.
The Hilltop Retreat is conveniently located within walking distance to the Top of the Hill Shops and downtown Fish Creek where a variety of shops, eateries and spectacular views of the Green Bay await you! Also just down the road you find the entrance to Peninsula State Park where nature lovers will enjoy scenic hiking and biking trails, beaches, fishing piers and scenic overlooks. Bikes, mopeds, skis, and snowshoes are available for rent near the park entrance. Walk-able dining options include Julie's Park Cafe, Wild Tomato Restaurant, Not Licked Yet Frozen Custard, and Fika Bakery and Coffee.
When not out exploring Door county, relax in the heated pool and hot tub just steps away on the condo property (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). The condo has cable TV, central AC, and forced air heating.
**This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared toward quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions or other rowdy gatherings.

Bedroom 1: 2nd Floor, Queen bed (sleeps 2) with triple sheeting bedding, additional Vanity and Sink in this room, TV, Room darkening curtains, extra blankets and pillows, access to the private balcony.
Bedroom 2: 2nd Floor, Queen bed (sleeps 2) with triple sheeting bedding, TV, Room Darkening shades, extra blanket.
Sleeper Sofa in Living Room, 1st Floor, Queen bed with 4 inch memory foam mattress
Kitchen Amenities:
Kitchen is equipped with full refrigerator w/ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and traditional drip coffee maker.
Also includes pots and pans, mixing bowls, dishes, utensils, grill utensils, wine and beer glasses and baking sheets, kitchen towels and oven mitts.

Bathroom #1: First floor: Half-bath w/sink & toilet only
Bathroom #2: Second floor: Full bathroom with shower and jet tub combo, sink, toilet, hair dryer

Propane grill (shared with the condo community)

1 reserved parking spot, numerous extra spots near unit
Outdoor front storage closet for guests to temporarily store their bikes, skis, coolers, strollers, swim toys, fishing poles, etc. A few outdoor play items are in there for shared use (football, frisbee, sand toys).
No trailer, camper or boat parking is allowed in complex. (Recommend public lot behind Fish Creek library.)
This property does not support or allow electric vehicle (EV) charging on site.
Provided:
Triple Sheeting Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We do supply a starter set of paper products including 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, and 2-3 garbage bags. We do not provide facial tissue.
We supply travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

Great location in Fish Creek within walking distance to Top of the Hill Shops, Wild Tomato, and Not Licked Yet frozen custard. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to access. The whole complex was quiet, even leading up to the 4th of July. The location is perfect for easy access to Fish Creek shops and restaurants and Peninsula State Park.

Very good overall experience. The place is very convenient to Fish Creek -- nice walk or short drive. Easy check-in. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice bonus.
We stayed here with two kids and found it just right for our needs! We had the kitchen and lots of space for our family to spend time for a week. The pool and hot tub were really clean, and the kids had a great time there. It was easy to walk or drive to Fish Creek for food and shopping, and the condo is also a great location for Door County overall because it’s very central, so drives to activities were quick.
We enjoyed our three day stay in Fish Creek with another couple. We were pleased the rental minimum was three days rather than the proposed one week that is under consideration for this location. The unit was well stocked with utensils, clean, and comfortable. The AC was so,ewhat ineficient is cooling the upstairs bedrooms. The location is excellent as one could walk to some of the amenities in Fish Creek if they chose.
