Welcome to Kettle Moraine Flat, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This charming farmhouse flat is perfect for both the business traveler or weekend traveler. Private flat with queen size bed, kitchenette, and sitting area with TV.
For the business traveler - perfect alternative to local chain hotels. Centrally located with easy access to the markets of Fond du Lac and the Fox Valley, Sheboygan, and metro Milwaukee.
For the weekend traveler - quiet retreat within minutes to golf, hiking, trail running, mountain biking, cross country and downhill skiing, horseback riding, snowmobiling, and hunting. World class golf at Kohler and Erin Hills, and Road America race track access all within 30 to 45 minutes.
***This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
Surrounding Area:
Located just outside the Kewaskum village limits, nicknamed The Gateway to the Kettle Moraine. Direct access from the front door to the Kewaskum Maple-Oak Woods State Natural Area and Corridor 34 snowmobile trail. Less than 1 mile to the Kettle Moraine State Forest Northern Unit. Here you can explore its many hiking and horse trails, lakes and parks. Also explore one of the most beautiful segments of contiguous trail in the state. 1,100 mile Ice Age National Scenic Trail.

We enjoyed all the restaurants and the lovely place we stayed, and the biking hiking and golf! Our hosts were very nice.
Our stay was a few nights and we enjoyed the location. The amenities matched the description and everything felt new and clean. A quiet location with open space around.
4.9 stars would be my rating, everything was first rate, except for the very minor inconvenience of no sugar or creamer for the supplied coffee. (we didn't find it if it was there) It made no difference to me, since I'm not much of a coffee drinker, it was more important to my wife. There was a bottle of wine, so that was nice and thoughtful. Again, I'm not much of wine drinker either, but my wife is, so that made up for the sugar and creamer....lol
The apartment was immaculate. It was exactly as described. It was quiet and peaceful. It is right in the Kettle Moraine Upper Unit and close to great hiking. It was also a great hub location to travel about. We thoroughly enjoined our stay.
Exceptionally clean! Charming, country setting!
