Welcome to Muirfield Flat, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This stunning new construction studio apartment is nestled on a nicely wooded lot next to Maxwelton Braes golf course and the Bjorklunden trail system which has stunning views of Lake Michigan. This quaint upstairs studio apartment includes a king size bed and a pull out couch. The unit will comfortably sleep 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, with room for a pack and play for a larger family. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker. There is also a full bathroom, a dining area, wifi, and Roku TV.
This unit has a separate entrance from the main house. The main home may be available for rent, please send an inquiry for availability and pricing.
***This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

We booked this for a quick Fourth of July trip in door county, and this was the best spot! The place is extremely comfortable, clean, and well designed. We were able to walk to downtown for the festivities. Overall, great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay when we visited Door County for a long weekend. The space is cozy, quiet and had everything we needed for our visit. The only snafu was that I never received an email with check-in information, but the rental company was quick to assist and everything was great after that. Highly recommend this space!

This is a spotlessly clean place to stay in a great location. It is set in a quiet place, yet it is within reasonable walking distance of Bailey's Harbor, Wisconsin. It offers easy bicycle access to lovely rides on the Door Peninsula. In addition, we found the access to wonderful hiking trails nearby especially enjoylable. The home has bike racks that are in a convenient and secure location. And when it rained during our stay, the hosts provided us with material to cover our bikes.
The studio was perfect for our family of 4. We come to Door County to spend time outdoors, so this unit had just enough space for the limited time we spent there. Everything was new and clean. The kitchenette was adequate for eating a simple breakfast and packing our picnic lunches. The studio is located in a quiet area of Bailey's Harbor with walking trails nearby. We will definitely return!
This place was perfect! My sister and I took our niece on a girls get away, and we loved staying here! Close to everything! Super clean, decorated so cute, the bed and the pull out couch were both extremely comfortable, and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had. We had a wonderful time in Door County, and loved coming back and relaxing here! Thanks so much!

You can get to almost any place in door county in 20 minutes or less. Or you can just walk around right where you are. We had a great weekend!
The studio is very nice and comfortable. You do notice the noise of garage door opening but definitely not that bad. Would definitely stay again. Close to Baileys harbor and area attractions. Thank you for your hospitality.

We were very happy with the Muirfield Flat. Brand new, smartly furnished, quiet location. It's a manageable walk into Bailey's Harbor, plus an easy drive across the peninsula. It's also one of the few rentals with a KING size bed! We would definitley stay there again.
Loved staying at the Muirfield Flat in Baileys Harbor Door County! Perfect location as it is centrally located to get to most towns in Door County within 10 to 15 minutes by car. Very peaceful wooded setting close to the lake. Enjoyed walking the trails nearby and even saw a deer. Flat is spacious, clean, updated, modern, and the bed was comfortable. The first night we were there I had one of the best sleeps I have had in a long time. Air conditioner worked well and flat stayed cool. Shower is roomy. We really enjoyed how close we were to downtown Baileys Harbor. Impressed at how little time it took to go to Egg Harbor and Sister Bay. We made stops at all our regular places such as Charlie's Smokehouse, Door Artisan Cheese Company, Wood Orchard Market, and also tried new places nearby such as Pizza Czar, Island Fever Rum Bar & Grill, and The Ridges Sanctuary. Enjoyed sunsets at a nearby beach. We will be back!
The space was just as it was described and bigger than it looked in the pictures. It was so clean and well cared for. The location is very peaceful. We could easily drive to anywhere in the county in a brief amount of time. We love DC and would be happy to stay here again when we visit next time!
