Welcome to Our Happy Place! Come to relax and enjoy this single family home with lots of character! This property is very convenient yet offers a quiet wooded property off of Hwy 42 not bordered by other homes. It features a large backyard with a deck, firepit, and lots of room to run and play!
We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too. Your well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 1 dog. There is a fee of $45 per dog/per night, which is collected separately and approximately one week prior to your check-in date.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, crock pot, and toaster.
Traditional drip coffee maker and tea kettle
Also available are pots and pans, bbq utensils, baking sheets, kitchen towels, dishes, utensils, hot pads/oven mitt, glassware and wine glasses.

Pets:

If it is discovered that an unauthorized pet was there, the charge is $80/per pet per night. Please contact us to notify us of your pet ahead of time.
If you have a shedding dog, please bring sheets to cover the couch and the bed comforters to avoid excess cleaning fees.
All pet waste must be picked up.
Pets must be in a crate when you are away from the cottage
Pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations.
Guests are responsible for all damage to the property, appliances, furniture, excess cleaning etc caused by the pet.
Surrounding Area:
Door County is full of many amazing things to see and do! We recommend you check out Destination Door County, the visitors' bureau, to help map out your vacation. "Door County Vacationers" is also a great FB group to join to get recommendations on everything from favorite restaurants to favorite tours, places to rent boats, and things to do.
Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We do supply a starter set of paper products including 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, and 2-3 garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

The home is large and stocked with anything you may need. It is in a perfect area, close to restaurants and town. Our group of 8 had plenty of space. We enjoyed several of the games they had available for us. We used the grill and my husband said it was awesome. However, the bathrooms need some work and the house has a musty smell and damp feeling to it.

We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces; the firepit, the patio table, the basketball hoop, and the surrounding property. We also loved being so close to Egg Harbor restaurants and spaces. Thank you!
Our group had a great stay here. The kitchen is large and set up perfectly for our grilled salmon buffet. We had plenty of room and the location was fantastic for our needs. Check In and check out were a breeze and the Simple Life was very responsive to questions.
Cute and cozy cabin made for the perfect family getaway! They had everything we needed from board games, to toiletries. When we had a problem with the heating, their support team was really responsive and had the issue resolved in under an hour.
Lovely home, perfect for adults only or families with children of any age.
This is a great home. Secluded yet close to all the area attractions. We had a slight snafu getting access to the home upon our arrival, but it was sorted out within a 1/2 hour. Lots of space and a large living/family room area. Grounds were well maintained and the home has a lot of charm! We would definitely stay here again!
