Neighbors only on one side so come relax and truly unwind! This home features 4 bedrooms, three full baths and can accommodate large gatherings to make lifelong memories. In the winter spend your day watching the ice fishing happening in the bay. While in the summer enjoy sunning on the dock or relax in the large screened in porch. Bring your own kayaks or canoes and launch from the shore, enjoy all the bay has to offer. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the water.

*This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared toward quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate reunions, bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.

This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. Please do not remove or tamper with the devices.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and traditional coffee maker.

The kitchen is also stocked with pots and pans, baking sheets, grill utensils, dishes, silverware and wine glasses.

Water Access:

Waterfront Property- Rocky shoreline. Shallow rocky area where you can wade into the water near the dock. Water is shallow off the dock, maybe 4-5 ft deep at the end of the dock

Dock installation dates vary.

Dock is NOT suitable for docking a boat or any other watercraft due to the frequent high winds and waves in the bay.

Owner recommends Wave Pointe marina, which is right next to the public boat launch as it offers daily slip rentals as well as a swimming pool. This marina is 4.6 miles from the property.

The Owl's Nest is located 8 miles west of Sturgeon Bay on Sand Bay.

Provided:

Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

We do supply a starter set of paper products including 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, and 2-3 garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.

We also supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.

Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
