We had a great time! Everything was fabulous. Would have liked to have at the very least salt available, but we made do. Garbage bags would have been helpful. Minor details for an overall gorgeous home.

We loved the location-close enough to all the things but on a quiet road just outside of downtown. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were set up well and we had everything we needed. Perfect stay a family!

Our family of five loved our stay at the cottage. It had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. It was a few blocks from the water and a five minute drive into town. We also enjoyed making a fire one night and loved the string lights out back. If you plan to make a fire, it is helpful to bring a fire starter. We would come back!

Fabolous stay in Egg Harbor! Beautiful rental and has plenty of room for our family of four plus grandparents. The house is in fabulous shape and exactly as described. Very close to the bay and provides lovely walks around the neighborhood.

The house & location are great! Very conveniently located about 1 mile from Egg Harbor & only 3 blocks from the water. The quiet neighborhood was good for walking our dogs. The house is new & lovely, just like the pictures. The outdoor fire-pit area is very nice with comfortable chairs. The king bed was also comfortable. We had a little trouble figuring out the Samsung TV in the living room - we couldn’t find any regular/live TV. Overall, great stay!

We loved this comfortable spot outside of Egg Harbor. A two block walk brought you to a great spot to watch the sunset on the bay. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen and the speaker system was a nice touch.

The cabin was very modern, clean, cozy and quaint. Centralized in a beautiful neighborhood in the woods, surrounded by wildlife and a short stroll from the bay, it was a perfect getaway for our friends and kids! Will definitely stay again!

Fine place overall and clean. Somewhat expensive. Also be mindful of unexpected fees if you have a pet. I received confirmation that I had paid in full in advance of the trip after having disclosed during the application process that we would be bringing our dog, only to receive a subsequent email from the renters shortly before our stay asking if we’d be bringing a pet because, if so, there was an extra fee per night. I reported this to Airbnb customer service and, to their credit, Airbnb customer service agreed with me that the fee had not been disclosed in advance and I thus would not be subject to it. But very disappointing that the renter tried to hit us with an additional fee after previously having disclosed that we were bringing a pet and receiving confirmation we’d already paid in full.

Small clean property We stayed here before We were told of possible construction noise in the neighborhood during our stay. Did not suggest that HEAVY equipment and machinery (excavators, etc. ) and 8-9 workman's trucks on the street in front of the house and sometimes in our driveway beginning as early as 6:45 AM!! Road to the house was actually blocked a number of times with trucks Would have cancelled had we known Inventory however would have meant no Door County vacation that week for us We had to take the chance on this property as we love DC so much Owners / property managers should not have allowed this property to be available at least for the week we were there

This was such a cute place to stay for our yearly girls weekend!! 5 minutes from downtown egg harbor but private enough for a quiet getaway.

Great place, a few tweaks needed to head further towards "Cottage Cozy," but over all, a nice base from which to enjoy Egg Harbor. Moderate your expectations in terms of solitude. During Covid, the owner of Alpine needed cash and sold off plots within Point Beach. Those plots are now being built on with more starting soon. There were four active build sites around us during our stay, including one 30 ft away. Construction started one morning at 6:15 AM. Plan on enjoying the evening quiet, have a destination for the following morning, and the cottage will serve you well. The area is worth the visit.

This adorable cottage was the perfect fit for our group of 3 couples. It is so cute, well kept and in a great location only 5 minutes from downtown Egg Harbor. The backyard and fire pit area was perfect to come back to and enjoy at night. We would definitely stay again!!

Overall the house was great! Brand new construction and was very clean. The back patio and fire pit was perfect for hanging out after the kids went to bed. The only issue we had was we struggled to get hot water but the owner was very responsive and provided a work around as they had been told it had been fixed.

Visited Door County with family from out of state. Home provided all the basic things a group of 8 needed. Very quiet and private location. Walkable to a bench view of the lake at the end of the road. Occasionally sees pack of deer which was very cute.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property far exceeded our expectations and is even nicer than the listing photos and description. Our group of 7 adults fit comfortably in the house, around the backyard fire pit and dining area. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated which made for a relaxing retreat after spending the day exploring all the nearby towns of Door County. The kitchen is well equipped and organized with everything you need to cook a meal at home. The bedrooms and baths were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed hanging out around the backyard fire pit. It felt like you were camping in the woods when you were sitting out there. It's a beautiful piece of land in a quiet neighborhood yet only a short drive into Egg Harbor which was ideal for our group getaway. This house has everything you need for a great Door County vacation. We would love to come back again next year.

Nice, newly built home walking distance from the lake.
Only reason 4/5 is because of 2 things. 1 the outlets in the main bedroom did not work, so could not charge phone, use lamps, watch tv, etc. 2. The water from the taps smelt like sulfur which was a bit unpleasant.
