We truly enjoyed our peaceful, serene stay! Just the break we needed from our busy lives.
This place is incredible! Looking out the windows and heating the gentle rush of the river below makes it the perfect place to set aside your busy life, relax, breathe in the fresh air, and connect with nature (while enjoying the best of modern creature comforts!!!).
Hi Sonya! We are so pleased to hear you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed both the property and the home! This means so much to our owners and team.
This place was beautiful! From the view outside as well as the inside of the house it was fantastic! Great for both kids and adults! Would love to return again in the future!
Thank you for your kind feedback, Francesca! This means so much to our owners and team to hear. We would be happy to host you again!
We had a great time at the Raven's Nest. The house is a new build and it was obvious that the developers worked hard to develop the land and plan the footprint of the house. We spent a lot of time on the back decks listening to the sounds of the rushing river and enjoying the peace and solitude. The house is situated at the top of a short rock cliff flanked by boulders and the views were beautiful. There are 3 homes situated on the property so while we had solitude we also felt like we weren't alone in the middle of the wilderness (for safety reasons). We took advantage of the swimming and kayaking provided on site. There is great deal of whitewater and fast-moving water on the river adjacent to the property which provided great views, greats sounds but also some areas of calmer water to play and splash in. Overall, our family had a great experience and a very relaxing vacation.
Thank you, Jack! Your feedback and compliments to the home mean so much to us. We are happy to hear you had a great stay and hope we might host you again sometime!
Was nice and peaceful, there’s a lot of sunlight to wake up to!
Thanks, Kimberly! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed the home!
The Raven's Nest was absolutely beautiful and a much needed peaceful getaway! My children had the best time in the river and loved the hammock swings and of course mini arcade experience!! My three year old daughter's favorite part was the lofts princess bath tub 🙂 I did struggle with the code to the door working but luckily there was a key hidden close by, I'm assuming for my use as the keypad not working was a known issue? I did try the keypad for about 15 minutes before I noticed it so that communication would have been nice to have in advance. part was the lofts princess bath tub 🙂
Hi Amanda, we are so pleased to hear you loved the home and beautiful grounds. Thank you for letting us know about the challenge with the lock upon arrival. We do provide alternatives in case of emergencies. We were onsite prior to your check in and validated the lock was working however we will be doing an additional follow up right away. We are glad you and your family had a great stay overall and hope we can host you again sometime!
