We loved staying at this property! It was a great retreat after spending our days further north on the peninsula. We enjoyed the privacy, space, and dock. The downside for our family was that it's very mossy around the dock so we saved our swimming for public beaches. We hope to stay here again when we return to Door County.
Overall it was a good place to go and we are already planning to submit a reservation for next year round the 4th of July. My only complaint is having to strip the beds when we paid an over $400 fee for cleaning service that was to be done after we leave. Having never done this sort of stay before I had assumed it was like a Hotel/Motel where obviously it needs to be cleaned and prepped for the next guest. I just don't understand why as guests, we had to do part of the cleaning peoples work for them?
Very nice and private.
Great secluded location on the lake. Perfect for families to relax and enjoy the area.
The place was more than big enough for our group of 7 and plenty of parking for our trailers. Would definately rent this place again next year. The host were very accomindating as well and allowed us to push the date due to unforseen circumstances. Thanks again!
The airbnb was spacious and cozy. We did have a small issue with the number lock, but they were responsive. There was a strong smell of gas at the entrance, we immediately communicated and they came by to check in it, even offered to relocate us. The place had nice views. Overall, great stay, would throw rocks onto the lake here again.
We enjoyed our stay in August 2022 very much. The house had beautiful water views and was very secluded from neighbors. We had fun using the kayaks and stand up paddle boards. The water was not great for swimming when we were there since the water level was about 2 feet at the end of the dock, but we enjoyed floating around the bay. There was plenty for the kids to do between the boats, pool table and sand volleyball court.
Was a nice place for us to stay while we were up for a fishing trip. Loved the layout for our group, alot nicer than getting multiple rooms in a hotel for sure. Only complaint would've been the wifi not working but that was very minor for our 2 night stay.
Awesome place. Very clean and perfect. Nestled nicely on the end of the road and view is amazing.
Beautiful place on the lake. Very spacious.
Graet place for winter fishing.
My husband and I and my family wanted a quiet getaway to ring in 2022. This place was perfect! Plenty of bedroom space for the 5 of us, plenty of extremely comfortable couches and chairs, especially the giant brown oversized leather chair by the fireplace, which was my personal favorite! We knew ahead of time to bring what we needed for food to cook our meals. Very quiet at the end of the road so we weren't disturbed by any neighbors. My husband had a ton of success ice fishing! All in all we definitely would stay here again!
LOVED staying at this cabin! It was very private with gorgeous lake views. There were a lot of wonderful amenities including kayaks and paddle boards. All the rooms have beautiful views and it was very spacious. I would definitely stay here again!
Great place, beatiful lake view.
Large secluded home with plenty of room on Little Sturgeon Bay. A very quiet location a short drive to everything that makes Door County great.
This house features a wonderful wide lawn facing the water under mature shade trees. There are no close neighbors, just cattails and birds. The house is equipped with lawn chairs for those who wish to relax and kayaks and paddle boards for those who want to explore the bay. The bedrooms are nice and both bathrooms have been recently updated and are generously stocked with TP, soap, and even shampo, etc., as at a hotel. The kitchen, dining, and living room are exactly as you'd expect at a summer place: functional, comfortable, and slightly worn. Outdoors the geese, pelicans, and other birds put on a show all day long. We were able to thoroughly RELAX and our dog was in heaven.
This was a great place to take my 12 and 14 year olds. They loved the kayaks, SUPs, paddle boat, and pool table. Rooms were nice and had everything we needed.
We were here with a big group for July 4th weekend and this lake house was perfect for our needs. Beautiful and very large private yard with a ton of lake frontage. Felt like our own little oasis! Having stand up paddleboards, paddle boat, and kayaks for our use was a really nice touch! Kitchen was pretty well stocked and had everything we needed for preparing some of our own meals. Wifi connectivity is very good and there is a smart TV available so we could log in to our streaming service and watch the Bucks game which was a huge plus. Hosts were very responsive if we needed anything. 15-20 minutes from sturgeon bay by car which was convenient. No AC - but we knew this going in so we brought extra fans and we were able to keep the bedrooms fairly cool at night. We would definitely stay here again and highly suggest to anyone.
