Sunset Serenity
Come and spend your next getaway relaxing at Sunset Serenity! This newly constructed 3 bedroom home is beautifully finished and decorated. Inside, you'll find a fabulous open concept kitchen and a large living room with big windows that give the home lots of natural lighting. The main level has 2 bedrooms, each with king size beds and ceiling fans. From the main level, you can walk out to the gorgeous backyard with amazing bay views and a large fire pit. Head upstairs to the loft area that has 2 queen size sleeper sofas, and a private bedroom with a queen size bed. The backyard is great for gathering with the family and playing yard games. Take out the kayak and paddleboard to explore the bay and enjoy swimming from the dock.
*This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions or other rowdy gatherings.

Dock - Water is approximately 4 feet deep at the end of the dock. Guests are not allowed to dock a boat at the property.
Swimming is great for children! The water is 1-3 feet when entering depending on water levels

Beaches - Murphy’s Park is located 2.5 miles north of cottage. This has a beach and a boat launch.

Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We do supply a starter set of paper products including 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, and 2-3 garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on Green Bay. The main living room, kitchen and eating area were spacious and offered ample room to spread out and visit. The big windows offered a great view of Green Bay (very peaceful). There were 3 comfortable bedrooms and the loft had 2 pull out sofas equipped with blow up mattresses (which were very comfortable). The view of the sunsets were very nice and we enjoyed the campfire many nights. The surroundings were very peaceful yet we were closely located to Egg Harbor. The autumn foliage was stunning from October 19-24 (the dates we were there). We altered our reservations after we had them set and Simple Life was very prompt, responsive and helpful in this process. Thank you for the opportunity to reunite with extended family members in this lovely home.

This is the second time we have rented this vacation home and we loved it! We had suggested adding blinds to the bathroom windows the first time we stayed and the owners listened to the request and added them! It is a very clean home and we will definitely be back again.
We stayed here for my wife's birthday and absolutely loved it. The natural fireplace was a huge plus. Quiet and remote. Would definitely recommend!
Great place! New home with all you need to have a good time. We sat around the fire pit each night. If you like that kind of thing, be sure to buy lost of firewood. It's cheapest at some of the local homes rather than the gas stations. Comfy beds, large kitchen/LR area, spacious patio with plenty of furniture. The only thing I was a little disappointed with is how far it is from Sturgeon Bay. When viewing the site on VRBO, the pin location is just down the road from downtown Sturgeon Bay. That isn't the case as it is about 10-15 minutes from town. Other than that, I highly recommend. ?.
Thank you! My family enjoyed a perfect vacation together after having been a part of 1.5 years. The house was a fantastic place for us to regroup, cook together, play, and relax. The house had everything we needed and suited by father who has mobility issues and my plenty of places to play for the kids. We would love to come back.
