Welcome to Tuckaway Cottage, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This cozy cottage is perfect for your next stay in Door County. The charming studio cottage offers a queen size bed, bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and a great location!
We love our family dogs and welcome yours too! Your well-behaved dog is allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 1 dog and there is a fee of $50 per night, collected separately and approximately one week before your check-in date. They will love exploring the nearby parks and trails with you!
If you are looking for a nearby location to stay with another family or more guests, please consider “Captain's Quarters,” a home which sleeps 8 guests.
*This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared toward quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate reunions, bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.

Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

Adorable cabin and perfect for place to stay for two people.
This cottage was so cute and a great spot for exploring all that Door County has to offer. Convenient, charming, and cozy. We had a lovely stay!
We enjoyed our stay at the Tuckaway Cottage. Small and cozy with a very smooth check-in. No issues came up during our stay.
The location of the cottage was great with quick access to surrounding communities. Clean and semi-private, this was a great option away from the more traditional hotels.
Great small, quiet spot within short driving distance to a lot of shops and restaurants in the area.
The cabin was in a perfect location to see everything in door county. Everything was clean and just as presented.
We enjoyed our weekend here. Easy to find, good location, central to all of Door County on our first time to the peninsula. Just the right size. Cozy. Bed was comfortable. I’m not sure how, but they do a great job fitting in everything you need into this quaint space, enough storage, enough outlets for all the devices. Wi-Fi worked fine for us. Door lock is a little finicky on the alignment but once we figured that out , we were good.
Excellent location close to everything you may want to do in Door County. The cottage is cute and has everything you need as a base location to begin and end your days. Check in and check out could not have been easier.
Perfect for two people. We had everything we needed and the location was close to everything (although not walking distance). It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the whole cabin was very clean. We would definitely stay here again and would have given it 5 stars, but the internet service was spotty.

Cute place. Good location. No traffic and close to everything. Bed and bath were clean. Kitchen was basic but who eats in in door county .. good communication w host.
From locating this gem in Door County and booking, our experience was perfect, and everything was exactly as described from the listing, and provided images that were available. Communication from the property management team was clear, and we encountered no issues in terms of what to expect, along with what was expected of us prior during our stay. I would definitely consider booking this location in the future. Dave
I was so pleased to be able to find such a sweet place to stay at the last minute. The cottage was clean with everything we needed for our stay. It's also really cute!! The doorknob was a little tricky, but the property manager (or owner) gave us the heads-up on that. i would stay here again, for sure!!
The Tuckaway Cottage is a great place for couples wanting to spend time together. It's in a good location for accessing all that Door County has to offer. The only item of concern was the bathroom sink faucet sprayed all over our clothes. Otherwise a nice place to stay.
