-Garage is not available for guest use and is storage space for our cleaning staff who may visit throughout the day to pick up cleaning supplies and do laundry. They have a separate entrance.
-This property allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs. There is an additional fee collected at booking.
-This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.
Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.

Hi,. We are 2 seniors who live in Maryland with a small puppy who will be 8 months old. He is house trained. Our dates will be Aug 5,6,7. Friends will be performing at Birch Creek. I did not see a price on here. Please tell that to me.
