Description
Welcome to Yellow Birch Cottage, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This cottage is part of a condo association, located on the main road in Fish Creek. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with new granite countertops. The living room has a new, natural cypress hardwood floor, a gas fireplace, a couch, and a twin-size pullout sofa chair- perfect for family gatherings and additional sleeping space. The home also features first floor laundry, a back patio and an in-ground, community outdoor swimming pool.
This location is also great for groups-- we offer Birch Grove Cottage and the Retreat at Sunshine Creek at the same location.

-The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, baking -sheets, and other basic cooking supplies
-Dishes, utensils, glassware and wine glasses

-Bathroom 1: Upper Level, Full bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer
-Bathroom 2: Upper Level, Full bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer
-Bathroom 3: Main Level, Half Bathroom

-There is 1 parking space in front of the unit and a close walk offers public parking including space for a boat trailer.

-This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.
-Location is next to Hwy 42/ Egg Harbor Road, which typically experiences higher traffic volume during the peak tourist season.
-Security camera located on Ring doorbell by front door for security
