Welcome to Livin' The Dream, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This beautiful home was built in 2021 in the perfect location just outside of Fish Creek on 5 Acres. Minutes away to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment but return home to solitude in the woods. Close to Peninsula State Park which offers hiking, biking, kayaking, and outstanding panoramic views of Green Bay. There is also Peninsula Golf course nearby for fantastic golfing in the area. This home is centrally located in Door County, easy access to surrounding towns, water views, and stunning sunsets. Enjoy your time away here and come relax in solitude!
The main level has a great kitchen for all of your cooking needs, and a dining area to enjoy your meals. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate 6 guests, a living room on the main and lower level with smart TV, and a wonderful walk out porch area with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Enjoy a cup of coffee watching the early sun rise over the treeline.
The outdoor area features an in ground fire pit with outdoor seating, picnic table, charcoal grill, and a deck with additional seating. Come enjoy your next Door County trip and relax in the solitude of Livin' The Dream!

***This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
About the Owners:
I have been coming to Door County as long as I can remember. My family has history in the Door County area dating back to the 1850's being some of the original settlers in the area and historic buildings that have been preserved to share this history. Over the years, I shared Door County with my wife and children to continue the tradition and enjoy all the area has to offer. We are a military family and decided to build a place we could consider "home" after all of our moves across the United States. Door County was the perfect location to create our retirement home and be able to share it with others that could enjoy it as much as we do. Please come and relax in our home and enjoy the solitude and all the area has to offer! We are always looking to serve you and welcome any feedback to make your experience more enjoyable and hope you return to make memories here with your friends and family year after year!

This was the perfect place for the 6 adults in my family to stay while in Door County. Clean, spacious, very new feel and smell. Beds were really comfortable, kitchen had what we needed, showers were really nice. It looked just like the pictures! The location is great! Quiet, yet close to enough all the towns on the west side of the peninsula, while being 10 minutes closer to the east side of the peninsula. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had the most amazing experience at this place! It was impeccably clean, it was in a remote private setting, and the front deck was an incredible place to have coffee and cocktails! All mattresses have memory foam and were so cozy! We needed to contact the property management company and they were so kind and accommodating. The house was comfortable and well-equipped. Beds we're especially cozy, and everything was very clean. We loved the quiet location that was only a short drive from town. Owners were responsive to one small issue we had.
We enjoyed our stay in this rental. The home was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. Information for check in and check out was excellent and all directions were easy to follow. Loved the fact that all remotes and light switches were labeled as needed. Overall an excellent experience start to finish.
This is a beautiful property, and we could not be happier with the accommodations. Everything was exactly as pictured, and in good working order. The kitchen was well supplied, which made our meal prep a breeze. Bedrooms were comfy and cozy with plenty of closet space. Although we didn't spend much time on the deck, it was there and we did enjoy eating a meal there. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to return again!
The "Living the Dream" property was secluded with a lot of privacy and close to the popular towns of Fish Creek, Sister Bay and Ephraim. The interior of the property was very accommodating and since it's a New Build everything was in great working order and Very Clean. The only draw back was that a car was parked in the garage and the car alarm went off in the middle of the night and woke a couple of us up. I'm guessing the alarm timed out and shut off. Guests do not have access to the garage so not sure how it was set off. Also, we looked to use the large fry pan for eggs in the morning and to my surprise, some of the teflon was worn off and the bottom of the pan was rusted! My suggestion, throw it out and buy a few new ones! I snapped a picture of it if you would like to see it. All in All the home was fantastic and brought our family together for some great memories, I would certainly rent this property again when we are in Door County, WI. Thank you, Steve
A couple of weeks ago, we decided on a whim to spend our Memorial Day weekend in Door County. We were thrilled when we found this rental property and it did not disappoint. It's in a great location, close to Fish Creek and Penninsala State Park. The propery itself was wonderful. If felt very spacious, tastefully decorated and free of clutter. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The wooded lot gives the location a secluded feel with lots of birds to listed to while you relax. The hosts were very responsive, even before we arrived. I noticed in a previous review that someone mentioned that there were not any wine glasses. I messaged the host to inquire and they made sure that a new set of stemless glasses would be there for us. (Thank You!). Upon arrival, the entry key code did not work for us. I called the property managment company and it was addressed in 5 minutes. The folks I talked to were very friendly and helpful. We won't hesitate to recommend this property for your stay in Door County.

Overall stunning new house. Everything was very well put together, the inside was amazing, and All amenities were very nice. The only thing we can think of is that those are some rather large stone steps leading to the house which could pose difficulty for an older rentor, and the pea gravel your construction company used to span the Incline from last stone step to concrete landing prior to entering the house is already starting to compact and slide away leaving a solid step up from gravel to concrete as well. Nothing that was an issue for us, however any older renters might find it difficult to climb. Otherwise amazing property, wonderuflly wuiet area, 100% satisfied with the rental and the way your compant handled our predicament. thank you all so much, everyone enjoyed the vacation so much, we'll be coming back possibly next year, and possibly looking to you guys to rent!
