Take a stroll along the walking path, taking in the serenity of the nature area to the bay of Green Bay and watch the beautiful sunsets! This property is located on the first floor and has great views of the marina, wetlands and plentiful wildlife.

Additional condo association amenities are: outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, nature trails, and beach.

This property was completely remodeled in 2021 and features high end cabinetry, quartz countertops, porcelain tile flooring in bathrooms and laundry room, and heated enclosed porch.

**This property is in a quiet condo association with many full time residents and has a 30 day minimum stay requirement. This property is geared toward quiet vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

Provided:

Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

We do supply a starter set of paper products including 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, and 2-3 garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.

We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.

Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
