Welcome to the Hilltop View in Fish Creek, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This property is well cared for by new owners as of Aug 2024. Guests will feel at home the moment you arrive. This condo will comfortably sleep six with two bedrooms upstairs and a sleeper sofa in the living area. A full bath with an oversized tub and shower are on the second floor with a half bath on first. The kitchen is fully equipped for the comforts of home. You'll enjoy a gas fireplace, Smart TV and comfortable seating in the living space as well as three separate outdoor seating areas. Outdoor amenities include a seasonal shared pool and hot tub and a community gas grill.
Guests will also love the easy walk to downtown Fish Creek for shopping, restaurants, and more. The condo is right across the street from Top of the Hill shops and only steps from Julie's Café and Wild Tomato, as well as a short walk to Peninsula State Park entrance! This unit also offers a storage area for your bikes. We are excited to share Hilltop View in Fish Creek with you as you enjoy Door County!

Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen size bed, TV, ceiling fan, hangers, extra pillows and blankets
Additional sleeping space: Pull-out sofa couch in living room
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 (main level): Half bathroom
Bathroom 2 (upper level): Full bathroom w/ tub shower combo, hair dryer
Outdoor Area:
Front porch, back patio and balcony off second floor bedroom

Outdoor, shared pool and hot tub (open during summer approx Memorial Day to Labor Day)
Propane grill (shared with the condo community)
1 reserved labelled parking spot by condo
Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This condo is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.
