Welcome to Sherwood Point Shores, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This 4 bedroom home located directly on Green Bay is perfect for your next getaway! Spend your days swimming in the bay and eating meals al fresco on the screened in porch, then cozy up around the outdoor or indoor fireplace at night. 4 bedrooms gives you plenty of space to sleep up to 8 guests.
This property allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs. There is an additional fee collected at booking.

-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Great question — yes, the note refers to the fact that the interior bedroom walls stop short of the ceiling. This is part of the cabin-style design and allows for more airflow and natural light, but it does mean that sound can travel a bit more easily between rooms.We just like to be transparent so guests can plan accordingly!
