Water is zero entry shoreline and 5 feet at the end of the dock (30 feet long), 15 feet max depth
Shore is sandy for approximately 20 feet and then becomes rocky
Parking:
Room for 6 vehicles in the driveway, including a boat trailer
Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Thank you so much for your inquiry about the property. The pet is $50 plus tax per dog / per night. It will be around $350 plus tax for the 7 night stay.
