Welcome to The Retreat at Sunshine Creek, hosted by Simple Life Rentals located in downtown Fish Creek, Door County! This charming 2-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath condo is the ultimate destination for your peaceful getaway with the capacity to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably.
Step into the cozy living space and you'll find a gas fireplace, a comfortable living room with Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen and first floor laundry. Outside the community pool invites you to take a refreshing dip or lounge under the sun, creating lasting memories with loved ones. Plus, The Retreat's prime location puts you within walking distance to downtown as well as Peninsula State Park for biking, hiking, and exploring nature's beauty.
This location is also great for groups-- we offer Birch Grove Cottage and Yellow Birch Cottage at the same location.

+ One Smart TV (Living Room) and sound bar. TV offers Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Netflix, YouTube TV, Disney Plus, Sling, HULU, and Freeve streaming services. Guests may log in using their own accounts.
+ Dining table with seating for 4
+ Kitchen island includes seating for 5
+ Central air and heat
+ Gas fireplace in living room
+ Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board

+ Pack ‘n play (no linens) and baby safety gates available onsite

Bedroom 1 (upper level): King size bed, ceiling fan, oversized closet with hangers, extra pillows, room darkening shades, two luggage racks and attached bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (upper level): One Twin size bed, One Full size bed, ceiling fan, oversized closet with hangers, extra pillows, room darkening shades, one luggage rack and attached bathroom.
Additional sleeping space: Pull-out sofa couch (Queen size) in living room.
Kitchen Amenities:
Refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, blender, and a toaster
Dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, kitchen towels, hot pads, grill utensils and wine glasses and baking sheets
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 (main level): Half bathroom
Bathroom 2 (upper level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer.
Bathroom 3 (upper level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Parking:
2 dedicated, outdoor parking spots in driveway plus street and overnight street parking available.
Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

- Public parking (vehicles, boats, trailers) is one driveway to the west and is shared with Hat Head.
- Walking distance to Wild Tomato, Not Licked Yet and Peninsula State Park
- 2 minute drive to 2 public boat launches
- 3 minute walk to the Fish Creek Beach
- 5 minute walk to downtown Fish Creek shops and restaurants

Location is near Hwy 42/ Egg Harbor Road, which typically experiences higher traffic volume during the peak tourist season.
Condo is in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.
