This is the second year that my group of 24 women has stayed in this house. There was a little issue with the refrigerator door not sealing, but it was handled immediately. The only reason that we would have for not renting again is that our group is getting larger and we may outgrow this house by next year.

The Westeros property is unique with it being 2 houses joined together into one-obviously some architectural planning went into the project, and it is charming! Having 2 kitchens, plenty of living room areas, abundant bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made it easy for our group of 12 to be very comfortable. The location made it easy for walking into town, and close drives for anything we wanted to do in Door County!

We had a family trip here with all ages and it was the perfect house for a large group. So many beds and so much space to hang out together. We also loved the fenced in backyard with little kids. So close to everything you want to visit in Door County.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. The layout of the house well suited our group of 3 families with young children Lovely large backyard. Having 2 kitchens was a plus! I would say housekeeping could be a bit improved. For example the coffee pot had not been cleaned out, dust under furniture and a dirty entry rug.Also general upkeep as we encountered some very minor problems; door handle falling off, curtain rod brackets coming off the wall and broken kitchen utensils. In general things were very good and we would likely book again.

We recently stayed with a large group and there was plenty of space and options for sleeping arrangements. It also had nice fenced in yard which was perfect for dogs and also to get away from the Main Street! The hosts were very responsive and helpful too. My only complaint is that we didn’t have garbage bags upon arrival. And it is on the expensive side - with additional up charges for pets and early check in.

The home had great space for our large family and was an excellent location to the town of Ephraim and Sister Bay. The two living spaces and kitchens were so convenient and stocked with necessities. The back yard was perfect for playing games and enjoying the fire pit. We had no issues, so didn't need to contact the owner, but communication was great leading up to our stay.

We enjoyed our stay - it was as advertised. Our host was extremely responsive before and during our stay. Wifi worked great(cell coverage was poor). Check in and check out were very simple. The house & yard were large and gave us room for the 7 different couples in our group. The central location inside the main house was big enough for all of us to hang out. We were a bit worried beforehand that the 2 kitchens would mean 2 small areas to hang out, but that was not the case. We had lots of space in the house, and there is a large patio area with tables as well. And the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There is a Piggly Wiggly close by, which is good because there are not many supplies provided. It was a good central location for us, and we had plenty to do close-by in door county, including spending plenty of time hiking, golfing, and riding at Peninsula State Park and did cider tasting at Island Orchard, lunch at Blue Bear, and a fish boil at White Gull Inn. Yum!

We just completed a great stay of extended family - 19 of us shared the house and had a fabulous time. This home is about halfway between Ephraim and Sister Bay…both places where we wanted to spend our time. The bedroom arrangements were great, the 4 bathrooms were enough, and the two kitchens were much appreciated! We enjoyed the large backyard as well.
We are definitely hoping to return next year!

The house was perfect size for large group. Plenty of room for being together and still have some private space. Nice outdoor space as well. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Just a few suggestions to make improvements for next guests Highest level and upper level bathroom did not have toilet paper and not all bedroom had towelsin them. The highest level bathroom did not have lightbulb in the fixture. There were no garbage bags. 2nd kitchen no working coffee pot.

The home was clean, well appointed and as described. There were a few appliances that did not initially work (TV and one thermostat) , but the host is very responsive and issues were resolved promptly with fresh batteries and a little elbow grease on our part. It was a great space for our family of 15. Would recommend this home for a large group!

We used this rental for Memorial Day weekend, was great for my parents along with my siblings and their families.
Lots of bedrooms, two full kitchens and lots of living room space.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and so unique. We were there with a group of 16 women in our family and there was lots of room and great space to gather. The sleeping accommodations were so comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect and it was easy to get to neighboring communities. We would love to stay here again!

The home was lovely, clean in a great location and the management company was very responsive and attentive. Two kitchens were awesome for a group our size and everyone had fantastic accommodations to sleep. We had a few minor issues that didn’t impact our stay. The management company offered to send someone over to look at it but it wasn’t terribly emergent so we didn’t feel it was necessary. They were totally dialed in if we needed them. Only other recommendation would be to fully stock toilet paper in light of the large group accommodations this site conveniently offers. We needed to purchase our own. Over all a lovely home in a superb location!

We visited during fall 2023 with 4 families of 12 adults and 8 kids. The location is private and huge with something for all age groups. It's conveniently located between Ephraim and Sister Bay downtowns. The property has all amenities and is spacious for a great family vacation. Host is really polite, responsive and accommodating. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

I was very disappointed that there was an inactive dish washer with mold in it.. the bottom sheet on our bed was not the right fit.. there were no wash cloths in the bathrooms.. the outside of the windows and doors were very dirty… it was a good location and we really enjoyed the backyard.

This home was beautiful, updated, and spacious. So much room for everyone to spread out, but also had 2 large spaces to enjoy together. The backyard was large and private, and the home was just a short drive to the downtown area of Sister Bay. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay with a large group! First, this property was absolutely perfect for our group. Layout and room for all of our group was outstanding. Loved the yard, deck and patio. Would give a rating of 3.5 vs. 3 if could. I gave the rating I did for the following reasons: - grill grates we’re not clean ( I burned off and wire brushed) - floors appeared to have not been damp mopped (dirty socks and feet) - entrance (front) and exit (back) needed sweeping (we did this) - needs vacuuming under couches The balance of the property was spotless (bathrooms, kitchen, rooms) Also: - dishwasher in the main kitchen does not work (some dishes and glasses in cupboard were dirty) - garbage disposal in main kitchen needs a rubber cover so water doesn’t shoot out when use -bed in first floor bedroom by the kitchen needs a mattress pad like the other beds. Saying all of the above, our stay was great and we would rent again. Hope this helps

The property was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for us. We had 9 children from 3-17, and 8 adults. There were plenty of common areas where we could gather, and the back yard is enormous. We brought a small soccer goal and the kids played laser tag. We ate outside most evenings, lots of cooking on the grill. Minor issues dealt with promptly by management. All in all, a great week. I would recommend this property to other families.
