Carrie plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, on-the-ground operation of The Simple Life Hospitality’s Door County properties. She oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including managing the cleaning team, consulting with property owners onsite, coordinating health inspections, and handling countless other operational details. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure each property is well-maintained and guest-ready.

Carrie holds a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Communication from Wisconsin Lutheran College. She lives in scenic Door County with her husband and daughter, where they embrace the area's natural beauty through hiking, boating, and fishing. A dedicated fitness enthusiast, Carrie teaches group fitness classes at the local YMCA and has completed over a dozen half marathons.
