Will Pflum

Property Coordinator, Northern Door

Will Pflum brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to service in his role as Property Coordinator at Simple Life Hospitality. Before joining the team full time, Will served as a Chief of Police in a small city in south-central Wisconsin, retiring after a distinguished career in law enforcement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in administration-Criminal Justice. His background has equipped him with exceptional problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of safety and security, and a natural ability to help people navigate challenges- skills that now benefit guests and property owners alike.

Will’s relationship with Simple Life began years ago when he and his family became one of the first property owners to work with the company. Over time, that partnership grew into a valued friendship with the team. In recent years, he has led the on-call service, supported guests and resolving property issues during their stays. Now, as a full-time member of the team, Will oversees the on-site management of properties in Northern Door County. His responsibilities include coordinating cleaning crews, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing property operations, and providing after-hours and weekend support.

Now living full-time in Ephraim, WI, Will is thrilled to be putting down roots in Door County. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his grown son and twin daughters, exploring State Parks, relaxing on the beach, and making the most of family time. Will is excited to continue serving Simple Life guests and owners, bringing a hands-on, thoughtful approach to every aspect of his work.
